5ish weeks post op - not sleeping well and/or overdoing it equals headaches?

The title says it all. Anyone else experience this? Night before last I slept great! I felt a bit achy in the head so I took some Advil and Tylenol and it didn't develop into a nasty headache and no headache at all in the evening. Last night I slept terribly and this morning into this afternoon my head hurts. This has been going on for a few days. If I take it easy and/or sleep well I'm fine. If I have a restless night I have a headache in the morning, if not achy allllllllll day. If I overdo it - headache. What the heck?!?

Sleep issues seem to be a common complaint following surgery. Talk with your doctor if things don't improve.
