Mini arc mesh question

Hope I am posting this in the right place...I saw my new Gyn today and when she found out I wear have urinary stress incontince and urge incontince and wear pads all the time, she suggested I have a Mini Arc mesh put in for my bladder .. I asked her if this was the mesh they were having all the problems with and she said No, that it was the large mesh to hold up the uterus etc that were the problems...

Anybody have any good or bad problems with the Mini Arc ...she also made it sound like she could put it in right in her office without having to give me anything for the pain etc...
