I get stressed out REALLY easily (especially at work but at home too)... I have found that taking yoga classes regularly really helps in general. i usually go about twice a week but would love to go three or four.
i also found that in the moment, deep breathing really helps. sounds so corny but it really helps me! i got a lavender scented aromatherapy spray (Aura Cacia makes a good one) and i keep it in my office... when i get really stressed or get a super annoying email about something i spritz it into the air, close my eyes, and take some deep breaths. It definitely helps!
