Rectal Prolapse?

Hello, can someone please tell me the symptoms of a rectal prolapse, I don't mean rectocele, I had one of those repaired. I have had 4 surgeries addressing mesh then mesh out and all prolapses. I still have rectal pressure, like I have a bowl up my bottom. It just feels so tight. I don't have anything coming out of my anal area at all. I do however feel as though my butt has dropped. I know that sounds weird but I don't know how else to explain. Thank you in advance.......yrlittlelady
