Hyster-Sister Support

Hello everybody,
I have to tell you the funniest story and I hope my newest friend Fluttersby doesn't mind.
I received an e-mail through the website that was from a fellow hystersister. She said that we share the same surgery date
(February 25th) and maybe we could e-mail eachother for support. After talking we found out that not only are we sharing the same surgery date, we live in the same state and we're having our surgery in the same hospital. Can you belive that? We are making arrangments to share the same room so we can help eachother through the expierence.
Thanks Hystersister Website for making what could be a hard time just a little easier.
Has anybody else had this happen to them? I'd be anxious to know.

Hi Cyndi, What fun you and Fluttersby will have sharing a room. You can give each other encouragement when needed and just share the time talking. The afternoons and then late in the evenings when my DH would leave to go home were very lonely. It would have been nice to find someone to talk to during these hours. I really like your story. Make sure you let all of us know after the surgeries about all the fun you two had in the hospital together.

My hospital room mate turned out to be a hyster sister too, plus we live in the same neighbourhood. It is a small world!

This is just wonderful news. How best to spend your day(s) at the castle than with a Hyster Sister
