is that even possible? am so very upset!
If I do any high impact exercise and sore for days.. is this "normal"?? am so sad... and nobody to talk to.
I live in China and my doctor basically said, "get on with it!! , it's all in you head". I've cried a lot...
I will be a year post op this January. I had laparoscopic hyster & repairs plus a bladder sling. I can tell you that when I over do it I still have pain from time to time. Last month I painted 2 entire rooms and was sore for a few days. Everyone heals differently and remember you had major surgery. Hang in there!!
Thank you so much for your reply. I just feel so frustrated it. My husband doesn't say anything but gives me the "look". I went for a jog this week and on my way home fell down and was on Ibuprofen for days.
I do know we all heal in different ways, thanks for reminding me.
I truly appreciate you taking the time to write. I'll stop crying...
I agree with Gilmore. I am 6 months post op today and still have soreness daily, but am getting better daily. My husband says that we all had major surgery and it takes time. You are doing great & thank God we live in a time when even when we are all miles apart, we can communicate and know that we are not alone.
Dear Anna, thank you so much for replying. It's so comforting to know I'm not alone. And that other women are feeling the way I am. Thanks for sharing for experiences with me. I'm already feeling better. The power of friendships!!
i hate the comment all in your head mines not there it in my side. had my 6 months a few weeks ago and the only comment i could get was i dont feel anything wrong and you internal was ok. but still hurts i know what ever you say to yourself but it still hurts.
im so glad i found this site. i too have pain and tenderness and it has been 8 months i was hoping to find people in my same situation. i am sorry that you are going thru this as well but to know that others are dealing with this is a form of relief for me because i am always wondering if there is something seriously wrong with my body
