Help !!! I am lost !!!

I am 4 wks post op today and I have sweat attacks all through the day and night. I had a TAH/BSO on 1/21/02 and the doctor has not put me on any hormones yet. I go back tomorrow and want to talk to him about them but I have no idea where to begin....I have had several crying attacks for no reason......

Can someone help me !!! Where do I begin to research ???

I would start at www.hormonejungle.com Read all the pull down menus. You will find alot of good information there, such as types of hrt available, symptoms of excess and deficiencies, necessary supplements to take post hyst and much much more. There's also some good books on hrt recommended.

Perhaps you could print out some of the information and take in with you to discuss with your doctor.
