Wendy,
I'm glad that things are moving along for you. You will feel so much better once you are recovered. One year Post-Op was unbelievable for me............I suffered for so many many years.

I can almost FEEL how ready you are................that was me when I was in your position. Life can get better so here's to your future good health!

pre-admit

Wendy,
Just relax and take a deep breath. Things will be better soon. I am 10 month post-op and I feel great. I haven't suffered like lots of the women here, just prolapse (4 kids), but I still had to go the same recovery period. Since I've had the surgery, I've even started cooking and cleaning!! I think they put a Suzy Homemaker device in there! I've never been too crazy about either. Maybe now that I don't have a period, I'm on a pretty even keel all month!! Who knows!! Anyway, you will survive this and come out smelling like a rose!!

Take care,

Cheering for you

Hi Wendy,

I'm cheering you on as you run that last mile before liberation day. I have 2 weeks yet to wait and I'm sure the anxiety will double everyday. Hang in there, you'll make a beautiful

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I KNOW you can

Hey, Wendy.

I second that deep breath. Take lots of 'em. They won't fix everything, but they may help ratchet the tension down a notch.

There's also a homeopathic called Rescue Remedy -- it comes in little bottles with eyedroppers and you put 2-3 drops under your tongue. That usually works pretty well for me.

Good luck! The waiting is the hardest part, and it's almost over!

Take care,

Melissa
