I'm home:)

OH ladies,
Thanks so very much for all your kind words and love! I am so thankful that I found this site in time!

Yes, waiting was the hardest thing of all. I am continuing to do well. I get very tired, but rest and take my pain pills and then get back up when I can. I am just amazed at how well my body is recovering so far. God is soooooo good to me

Patience will be a good lesson for me now. I want to do things, but realize that I cant very quickly.... like opening the sliding glass door... its too heavy for me surprise....

My grandsons are good at giving me "gentle" hugs and kisses for now... we will see how long that lasts. My DH and D mom are great and keep me well supplied with all I need.

I am inventing new ways to get in and out of bed our bed is high and cant do it like they taught me in the hospital...

My bladder worked overtime and finally they took out the cathater and it was fine. It was spasaming badly with it in.

I had a "hysta-vac". Its a tube inserted into the vagina to assist with catching the drainage and to help reduce the chance of infection. They took it out on Sat also before I came home. It was great and sure cut down on the need to change pads.

Well, enough chatter.... i need to change positions.. sitting is harder than laying down for me.

God Bless You All!

I'm home:)

I'll have to get you to tell me those new ways you are learning to get in and out of bed as I have one of those high beds too. I have a wooden step that gets me into bed! I was wondering how in the world will I get in and out of this bed after my hyst! But I see it is not impossible now So happy to hear you are continuing to do so well. God is good!
