If you like the patches, Vivelle dot is great, it sticks good and you change it twice a week, but you might not want to do anything
different if you finially feel good!

Hi Creed,
I also find the Vivelle to stick better. Actually, I prefer the regular Vivelle to the Vivelle dot. The regular Vivelle, about the size of a quarter, is a bit thinner and just sticks great. Also, the good thing about the Vivelle is that you change this twice a week, so it doesn't have time to get unglued...if you know what I mean. Also, it took me a while to learn the "system" as far as taking the time to put it on correctly. High up on the butt....dry hands...no lotion...and hold your hand over it for about 30 seconds putting on some pressure....and you are set to go. Also, I find that putting it on at night when not rushed is best. When you're in a rush....nothing works right.
Good luck!

I might have to go to that patch.......I have put the second patch on this week due to it coming off in the bed and it wouldn't stick again when I found it the next morning! Another question, last night I could not sleep at all.......restless.....my legs hurt, my knees hurt, I felt terrible. I have been on these patches 3 weeks now...could they be causing this? I usually have no trouble sleeping, or my legs hurting. Should I call my Doc.? I hate this guess work!
