Dizzy spells

I had my hysterectomy for uterine cancer sept 15 2013 I still have my ovaries but been having dizzy spells is that normal and I think I been having hot and cold flashes but I do live in AZ so im not sure

I posted a question without reply. I have also had the dizzy spells and am on Evamist. I kept 1 ovary (that seems to be misfiring) and am on 1 spray of Evamist. The only thing that it's helping me with is sleep. I still have night sweats, moody, etc. Dizziness is listed as a side effect of Evamist but it's also listed as a symptom of menopause... so, do I use more Evamist? or less? That's the question that will be answered at my next visit.

Thanks ladies for your responses. It's good to know I'm not the only one. I think I may have over did it on my feet yesterday. So I'll try to take it slower and hopefully that'll help.
