NY sisters--Revlon Walk/Run Saturday, May 4

I noticed that the Revlon Walk Run was taking place this year on Saturday, May 4. Has hystersisters ever had a team before or has anyone ever been involved in this event. I was supposed to take part in it last year but an awful allergy season prevented me from following through?

I thought that it might be fun and of course it is a great cause.

I see from the website that the LA area has one for Breast and Ovarian cancer on May 11th as well. Several ladies have participated in various walks/runs here that I have read of, but I don't know that an actual "team" from hystersisters has ever done one. That woud be awesome though. It appears from their website that they are different days for different areas.
In Canada here we have the breast cancer, run for the cure in September I believe it is, and I called to see if they have one for ovarian or gyn cancers and I can't seem to find one.
If you go this year, best of luck, and you are so right, its a wonderful cause. Its so great to see the big cosmetic companies like Revlon and Avon be so involved in womens health issues.
