Ovarian Cysts

Has anyone had numerous ovarian cysts after a hysterectomy? Since my surgery last year, the cysts have come and gone, small and large and various types. I currently have a large cyst on one of my tubes; the tube is enlarged and distended; I am now seeing a third gyn for some sort of solution; she says that I should not have as much pain as I have because of the cysts.
Anyone with anything similiar?

I had problems with ovarian cysts prior to my hysterectomy and they were quite painful. I did have my ovaries removed along with my uterus and cervix, so I haven't had to deal with any cysts since the hysterectomy.

I never had cyst until my hyster.....Now my endo is back and i have endo cyst, which by the way is very painful. I had to call my dr. for pain meds! But i'm also seeking a second opion!
But honestly my only hope is to have them removed !
