Got home from the castle a couple of hours ago, my surgery on Friday went well and I've been trying to behave, rest, drink, walk, drink...it helps. Confirm that the wait is the worst, there were a few rough hours post op but nothing that couldn't be dealt with.

Back to bed, shall post at more length in a couple of days.

Great to hear that you are home and doing well! Be sure to rest a lot, drink a lot, and don't sit at the computer too long just yet. At four days post op I spent about an hour here at hystersisters and DH almost killed me ... I was looking a little green and not feeling too great.

Fill us in on your story when you've had a few more days at home. Isn't it great to have the waiting finally over?

Welcome home!!! Your new crown looking stunning!

As Beth said, be a good princess and take things slow and easy! Each day you will feel a little bit stronger. Sitting is an activity, so don't let the pillow police catch you at the computer for more than a few minutes.

We'll be looking forward to hearing your story when you feel up to posting.

So glad to have you on the other side!!!
