29 Hours and counting

Hello ladies. I am getting nervous. My dad asked me on the phone tonight if I were having anxiety attacks. I must have sounded pretty bad on the phone. Most everything is done here at the house, and my bag for the castle is almost done. Does anyone have suggestions for pjs? Pants or shorts?

I just wanted to say thank you to all the LIW and all you princesses who have answered my posts and everyone elses posts. I have learned so much from this sight. My husband could not believe all the support I have received, All the questions that have been answered. The ladies who run this and the ladies who are wating and the already princesses are so unselfish and truely have a gift of compassion for others.

I know I need to quit rambling on,but I guess its ANXIETY (there goes that word again) Any last minute suggestions?? Oh the pj thing.

You'll do great!

On the pj thing, I have heard more than once that women were really glad that they left them at home and just wore the hospital gown while they were in the castle.... You will probably feel like sleeping mostly and those pj's might just be nice to come home to knowing they are there, clean and soft and ready for ya... I'm planning on buying some really super comfy short pj's and a nice pair of non slip slippers. I will be glad to just get home and in my own bed. Good luck and blessings!

Hi. I took a brand new pretty blue gown with me to the hospital, But after I got there , I decided to wear the hospital gowns, with the IV , etc. I saved my gown for when I got home and then immediately put it on. It made me feel better coming home and having a new gown to wear. I even looked like a new princess!!!! I did take a light weight robe for when I took my walks in the hall , to feel that I was "covered" in the rear
Since I have been home , I have kept gowns on . I haven't tried anything around my waist yet , but that's just me, not because of pain or anything.
Best Wishes to you and all the LIW. Remember , the waiting really is the worse part. I can honestly say that now.
