Hi ladies,
I have a ? for you.. my surgery is scheduled for april 4th 3 days away. I have been running a very low grade temp, (99.0-99.3) I don't feel sick and can't think of a reason this could be happening. went to the tanning bed and got a slight sunburn but thats the only thing.. my ? is Is that temp going to get my surgery canceled.. or is that considered within normal limits.? I would just die if this caused a cancellation.. cause I don't feel sick.. could someone pleassse help.. thanks.

Hi Angie

I wouldn't think a slight temp with no other symptoms would be reason to cancel the surgery. But I am not a doctor. I would suggest calling the doctor's office in the morning and letting them know. Perhaps it is caused by a low grade infection or allergy and they can give you something to treat it if they feel concerned.
I would rather see you call for advice than be stressed all week.
And since it is none of my business I won't lecture you about tanning beds, and skin cancer and how serious that can be. I won't, I won't, I won't....
Love &
Let us know how you're doing, okay?
