hotflashs are yukky

Hi all. It's been almost seven months seens they took everything out. I'm not really sure why I'm so wacked out. I'm having some really nice mood swings, hotflashes (mostly at night),migrianes, trouble sleeping, and can't remember much of anything theses days. They put me on premarin 0.9 and took blood just a few weeks ago. I was told that my I'm normal. This is normal?? Not that I can't live like this. It's really way better than I was prior to the surgery. They also put me on xanax. That stuff is great I geuss what I really need is some suggestions. Thanks Lots Dawn

Hi Dawn, don't you just love when tests say you are normal and you better? Go to www.hormonejungle.com and read some of the info on the pull down menu. There is information about symtptoms and different HRT options. I think you may want to consider changing your estrogen (premarin causes headaches in some women) and adding progesterone (helps with sleep and moods).

One thing you might want to do is to use this link for College Pharmacy
<------ You can get a free eval on your symptoms and what may help you feel better.

Hope you feel better soon.
