Well, that is proof once again where getting levels tested can shine a bright light on your hrt. No wonder you feel like everything is crashing down around you and your totally

I was told your estrogen should be in the area around 100 to provide bone heath etc. Then after that you also need to discover where you personally feel good at. Some need a little more. I am surprised they are putting you on estratest (the testosterone, with a level of 50) on your own. My adrenals make plenty of testosterone without supplementing. But, i don't know, maybe you need it. I also know the ratio between estrogen level to progesterone to testosterone level can be important. I don't know what the numbers are tho.

Boy i can understand (if it was me anyway) I would feel like i was 100 years old and there would not be a square inch on my body that wouldn't be hurting/aching. I am so sorry, but at least you can understand and know what your dealing with a little better. Good luck in sorting this out---don't give up girl!! Hang in there and you will get it

What should the right level be for progesterone within the "normal" lab range of the following for a woman w/o uterus/ovaries?

Follicular Phase 0.1 - 1.4
Luteal Phase 3.3 - 25.6
Mid Luteal Phase 4.4 - 28.0

Post Meno less than 0.1 - 0.7

Mine is 0.1 and my doc is telling me it's too low. What is a good level to shoot for with progesterone cream (10% compounded)?
Thanks. Amy

Do you know what a normal blood level is for those of us who have no ovaries or uterus? Lab ranges:

Follicular phase 0.1 - 1.4
Luteal Phase 3.3 - 25.6
Mid Luteal phase 4.4 - 28.0

Post Meno less than 0.1 - 0.7

I'm confused. Amy
