pre-op appt tomorrow

I am having an awful case of pre-op jitters. I think I am also suffering through hopefully my last case of PMS. I am due to get my period right before my surgery next Thursday. I having been cleaning my house like a crazy woman, buying groceries and stocking up on everything....It's nuts! I am dreading seeing my dr tomorrow and I have carefully wrote down and thought out many questions, but I suddenly feel unprepared. I am afraid....so afraid. I will try to concentrate on the positive..I will feel better tomorrow after a good night sleep. Pray for me hystersisters. Thanks!

Good girl! I'm glad to read that you have a list of questions written out to take with you tomorrow for your Pre-Op appt. You will do just fine. I was admitted to the hospital for my hysterectomy wearing a pad. I was to start my period and the doctor said that he would take care of that problem once and for all! You are not crazy with shopping and cleaning etc. We all go through this. I hope you get a good night's sleep and your questions and fears are diminished when you visit with your doctor tomorrow. Your doctor will take good care of you.
