Home From the Castle

Well ladies, home from the hospital. Now I can offically state that, "the waiting IS the HARDEST" part. Yes, a little pain and discomfort - but not like one expects from a surgery of this nature.

I found that my biggest pain was in my back due to my darn hospital bed... Second to that... the 'gas-y' feeling from the abdominal surgery.

After surgery, was drugged and in and out of conscienceness. Also suffered from "hot falshes" or just maybe shock from the surgery. All I know is that I couldn't get cool enough and that I was sweating something terrible! Nurses were accomodating with wet wash clothes and ice chips. Help tremendously!

Glad to be home and in my bed. Surprisingly to me, I am moving about rather well - but will remember not to over do it.

Take Care All!

So glad to hear that all went well for you in the castle and you are feeling good so far.

Now's the time to put on your coziest PJs, gather all the pillows you can find, put up those feet and get all the pamering you, as a new , deserve!
