swelly belly question

Hey - I had swelly belly from the lapo but I'm curious - WHAT THE HECK CAUSES THIS ANY WAY? lol

I mean, are your organs swollen? Is it fluid? Gas? All of the above?

That darn swelly belly - there outta be a law against it!
