post-op update
Hi sisters, glad to be back, sorry its been so long but things haven't been going as I had expected. Since my surgery on 2-28-02 with having a tah/bso, I have been up and down, I haven't wanted to leave the house or associate with hardly anyone, my dr. put me on paxil, this is for anxiety, and stress, I can't take it becsuse it makes my lower jaw tremble, and my jaws feel like they are locking. Physically I am doing great, feel brand new, I clean and run errands, and all the other things I was doing before surgery, except hurt all the time, thank goodness. I love not having my menstral any longer, but I still have to buy the pads for my teenage daughters, hehe, my six week check up went fine, all looked good. I am staying on the premarin 0.625 mgs. it seems to be doing the trick for now. I think when I get back to work I will feel a lot better and connected again with society, I am taking my time going back, spending time with my girls and hubby. Thanks to all the sisters who gave me support during my surgery before and after, it helped me so much until words aren't enough to express my appreciation. Love to you all, DJ Oh also, I did find out that I had endo, and my bowels were attached to my left ovary along with a grapefruit sized cyst, the right ovary had cysts inside and out. No cancer, thank you God!!!
