Its been 3 Months Since My LAVH

Hi everyone:

It has been almost 3 months since my LAVH. I felt fine from the time they rolled me out of recovery and ever since. Then last Saturday, I started to have wierd sensations down there. Kind of achey. I feel it when I sit. Then today I started to have some urinary pressure and ran to the restroom often today. Now it is much better, but I drank loads of juice and water today. It is hard to explain the feeling. Just not the good feeling it has been. I called Doc and they cannot schedule me until Friday in the AM. Has anyone ever gone through this after three months. Please let me know.

Its been 3 Months Since My LAVH

Hmmm. I'm almost 5 months post op (TAH/BSO) and I've had a couple of days sort of like that. I wondered if it was a bladder problem of some sort because I had to go to the bathroom a lot more too.

My symptoms went away after a day or two, so I didn't call my gyn. I would keep an eye on this, though, because I believe I've read that bladder infections can be more common after a hyst. And now, the sensations may be different from pre-hyst since our anatomy is sort of re-arranged!

I sure hope this is nothing serious. Hang in there and let us know what you find out!
