Lump above Incision

Hey Yall,

Along with my hyster I had a burch sling ( i think thats what its called ). Anyways, tonite I took steri strips off the incision and noticed I have a long lump right above the incision. It is bigger at one end and tapers off right before the end of the incision. Needless to say it hurt while I was feeling it. Also, my abdomen has been really hot off and on since coming home.
I havent' had a fever since Monday because I have been on antibiotics for a bladder infection.

I just wondered if this is normal? Does anyone have any input about this.

Thanks in advance,

Love and Kindess

Lump above Incision

Hi There!

I have read posts of other gals who have experienced this, and in some cases everything was just fine, but in others it did require medical attention.

I would definitely check with your DR, sweetie ~ better safe than sorry, and best not to wait.

Please let us know how things progress for you.

Take care!
