I'm home from the Castle

Hi everyone.... Just wanted you to know that I came home from the castle today. I had surgery thursday. The doctor said I did great. My surgery took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Not bad I don't guess. I still hurt and feel very weak. I wanted to thank everyone for their support and kind comforting words. I may not be posting for the next several days or so. Since we live in a 2 story house, the stairs are a little hard. So, when I got home this morning straight upstairs I went, so tonight, I was having computer withdrawals, took a pain pill and with hubby's help got down the stairs. I get my staples out Tuesday. I think then I will feel so much better.
Famous comment from me. I shared a room for a few hours with a lady that just had a baby 2 weeks ago and had to have some repair surgery. But I guess I heard the baby crying and I told my husband, and the nurse that I had just given birth to a uterus and 2 overies. I bet the people in the next bed thought I was crazy. But, the only thing my hubby was worried about was the baby waking me up. No chance.
My doctor and all my nurses were great. Well, need to go. The pain pill is starting to set in. They gave me percocet and said to take it every 3 hours as needed. The only extra thing my doctor said about my surgery was I had a lot of scar tissue. That may be why I'm in pain still. I don't know. Just be glad when I'm able to get around right again. I would love to tell you about my stay at the castle, but I will later when I feel better. I do want to say the wait was worse. I took a Xanax about 2 hours before going to the castle, then they gave me 2 valium then rolled me into the waiting area, where they gave me verced and the next thing I know hubby was telling me it was almost 6 in the evening and everything was all over.
Talk to you later...

I'm finally a princess.
