Hysterectomy: February 26th, 2002
Happy Birthday

Greetings, Princesses (and Ladies in Waiting)...

Thanks for the birthday greeting, and a to the other 39 sisters celebrating with me today!

I was TAHBSO on 2/26, and all is well. Back to work exactly one month today, and have only encouraging words to say to the Ladies in Waiting. The first 24 hours after surgery were definitely the worst, and it was all uphill from there... but take it slow, and take every minute they've given you to get better.

It's all worth the trip!

Thanks for everything, sisters, both pre- and post-op. I couldn't have done it without you.
