In Castle for 9 days

Had surgery on Monday May 6th and just got home yesterday. I so much wanted to get on here and tell you all about what a wonderful smooth time I had, and for some reason it wasn't to be. Maybe I can post another time about what happened with me. Although I don't feel like people want to hear anything except the wonderful miraculous recoveries.

I didn't even have the bowel resection, although I had some bowel "work." Thank God I didn't get the resection as that would have been too much for my body.

I'm glad to be home with my little dd

I am doing all the things that are important! Except for three days in the castle I was totally restricted to bed!

I'm sure that my case is one of those rare ones and even I am still glad that I had the surgery because of what all they found messed up inside of me that was a real surprise.

My time to sit here has expired. I will be having a home health care nurse coming in starting tomorrow, plus my husband is taking off work for 3 more weeks. So that is a blessing and I still believe in counting them. God bless you all and best wishes.

Thought you needed one.

I'm SO sorry you had complications. But don't feel you can't discuss them here - perhaps the post-op board would be better?

I'm glad you have extra help coming in & that your hubster will be there too. Take good care of yourself & give your sweet little DD a little kiss for me.

We're all here for you & however we can help....please let us. Post often & say whatever you need to say - no holding back.

Hi Jerianne

I have been concerned about you and tried to send you a private message, but got an error message saying your mailbox is full.

I'm so sorry your surgery didn't go as planned. And I'm so glad you did come through it.

I'll continue to keep you in my thoughts and in my prayers.

Get plenty of rest.

Jerianne,

Jerianne,
I'm so sorry you had a rough time. Guess they never know for sure what they're going to find until they go in and see with their own eyes. all the tests in the world won't replace a human hand and eye contact with the problem. I hope you are now on the road to a super recover.
