My date w/the castle has been set!

I know I haven't updated in awhile, but I thought I'd let you all know that I will be entering the castle for a TVH on 5/31. The doc will be leaving my ovaries, since I am young (25), and will do his best to go for the TVH. If it's not possible, then he'll have to do the TAH--hopefully not the latter! I am not really nervous, have had a few bouts of weepiness (when I watched lots of shows about babies), and am mainly concerned about healing afterwards. All my family, except for my dad is 2000+ miles away, so it won't be easy, but I'll manage. My DH will hopefully be helpful...we'll see. In any event, I've been cleaning my house, getting things ready, and will be seeing the doc for a pre-op visit this Thurs. Then my countdown will began and soon I'll join the ranks of Princess. Sigh...I need to buy a "Pamper the Princess" shirt soon!

I just wanted to send you a big and remind you to be sure to take some time just to get rested up before your castle visit, too.

It'll be over before you realize it and you'll be back here telling the other LIW that the waiting part was the hardest part.
