Another Central Florida Get Together! Yay!!

Hi there ladies!!!!

just wanted to let you know that another get together has been planned for the central florida area...

I am hoping by giving enough notice more will be able to make it here..

so far this is what we have....Aug 31 is a Sat.....We would like to have a Barbaque at my house!!!! Ribs and chicken will be served along with hysterita's.....we would like to ask those that can swing it bring a cool dish as that time of year is so very hot here in Orlando....before I give directions I would like to see how many think they can make it... there are several hotels just up the road next to the lake if anyone is interested...

so if you'll just say aye!!!! that will give me a count...

I'm starting a list of who is coming and who is bringing what...that way we can all try everyones special dish!! and bring the recipe to..we can exchange the ones we really like.

Hi Dawn (and Central FL sisters).....

There have been so many great posts and conversations about our important family members/friends who have been with us throughout our Hystersister experiences -- I'd like to throw this thought out and see what everyone thinks -- would this be a good time bring along our DH/DS/DD, etc??

I know how much we enjoy our time talking very frankly about our surgeries/problems and I don't want to sacrifice that at all... but I certainly feel a connection with many of my Florida sisters and would love to meet the important people in their lives, and I know that my DH and DD feel very much a part of my Hystersister experience.

Just a thought ----

(Dawn - if because of this a mob of hungry people show up at your house, I will gladly help with the $$$ of bbq in addition to bringing my taco/bean dip!!!)

Including family members would be fine with me if others don't mind. (I figure the guys will probably end up in a huddle talking fishing, golfing, boats, etc. anyway )

LisaR from South FL here. Glad to see all are getting together up there!
We're getting together on June 29 for our FIRST EVER So. FL. HysterSisters afternoon coffee . . . don't know where yet!
I need to email with the lady who was at the Lakeland get together last time. Her HS name was something like Sleepless One and I think (?) her name was Sue??? dunno . . . . too many aliases to keep up with. Have her email me or someone let her know I need to speak with her re: her sleepless problem!!! I'm having similar.
She can email me through here or on the board somewhere!

I won't be at the Central FL Shin Dig! Too far and too much crap happening here. My Bro In Law's cancer is back BIG TIME! Not much time left and don't know when. We're going to Pittsburgh 6/14 for a visit with DD for 4 days - we hope we can go before the stuff hits the fan here!

Hey Dawn, Is that you it's me Danaelisea actually Dana E. Anderson. I'm in Pensacola Florida w/ another new princess as of today. I want to come however i'm not sure how long the jurney will be. Isn't it about 7 hours drive??????? Let me know and i will talk to our new princess at the castle today about it.
