thought I might share about the hypno

Good morning ladies (well it is here 9am) I had my first of 2 hypno sessions yesterday...It went very well. It wasnt the same type like with my lap. she worked more on my thinking about healing will be great, instead of think about what is going to happen. She told me to leave the surgery stuff to my dr. (this is all he does is womens surgeries and cancer treatment for women) She said next time we will do the whole I will laugh when I hear the word surgery session. If I didnt have it done before I would not believe that it worked but with my lap I was so calm for about a week b4 after having the hypno...B4 I had it I was of course a wreak... I was doing good till last friday when I realized when the date realy was....Then I freaked!! But I have a busy week thursday hubby takes me back to the place we got married for some wonderful dinner and dancing......friday I take him out for his birthday celebration...saturday is cake and Ice cream for my son turning 6 YAY.( yes 6th wedding ann. 7th hubbys bday and 8th sons bday, hey hubby will never forget our wedding ann)...all his class mates will be there. On sunday we are taking our 2 kids and 4 of their(non school) friends to a place called funtown ( amusement park) for the day...so I will only panic on monday...YAY... Aight, I will let you ladies get back to the wonderful support you have going here.....Best wishes to all upcomming LIW!!! Hope someone can try this and relax some b4..its tough waiting for it!!

When you wrote "7th hubbys bday" I thought you meant your 7th husband's birthday! I thought may Liz Taylor was getting some competition.

I was so glad to see your posting. I was wondering if hypnosis could do something to enhance the process for LIWs and the newly-crowned. .

I am a huge proponent of hypnotherapy! I quit smoking on 2/6/2002 through hypnosis. It's been wonderful - almost miraculous as I have had no withdrawal and no desire fo a cigarette since that day. My friends can't believe it! Many of my friends are smokers and they can't believe that they can smoke in front of me without it bothering me at all.

It's good to hear that it can also be a useful tool for this purpose too.

It was funny a friend of mine saw me yesterday AM and was like WOW you are getting nervous arent you?< and I said yes and that I was going to hypno...When I saw just an hr after he was Like OH MY you have calmed alot...I feel alot better...
