Hugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is what I had to do. I had to literally put my legs and feet up on the wall for about 10 minutes a day. I laid down as close to the wall as I could get, DH raised my legs, I scooched around till my legs were raised and flat against the wall and had a pillow on my tummy as well. Four days of this and the spigot stopped for me.
