Post Hysterectomy

I HAD A VAGINAL HYSTERECTOMY IN JANUARY. THE SURGERY WENT WELL AND SO HAS BEEN MY RECOVERY. MY QUESTIONS ARE:

AM I SUPPOSE TO HAVE SOME CRAMPING EVERY MONTH AROUND THE TIME MY CYCLE USE TO COME ON?

IF SO, HOW MUCH CRAMPING?

I AM IN THE MILITARY AND I AM BACK IN SHAPE AGAIN, HOWEVER, I AM ALSO EXPERIENCING SOME, NOT MUCH PAIN WHEN I DO SITUPS? I CUT BACK IF I DO TOO MUCH.

ANY INFORMATION YOU CAN SHARE WITH ME REGARDING POST HYSTERECTOMY SYMPTOMS WILL BE APPRECIATED.

Hi there.
I have cramping still. I am having pms right now. I still have one ovary. I don't know if you do or not. From all that I have read and from talking to my doctor, it is normal. It takes a while for your body to realize that the organs are gone. My cramping is hardly noticable but, it is there. If yours is really painful, you should go to the doctor. Let us know how you are.
