Short Walks

Aside from all the trips to the bathrooms, I'm trying to walk around my cul de sac every two hours with my kitty puppet holding my tummy. Am I overdoing it? I feel it's OK as long as I don't cause my tummy to burn.

Short Walks

Hi,
I think short walks are great and will speed your recovery! (Don't feel obliged to do it on a rigid schedule though!)

Short Walks

I'm almost three weeks post-op and feel good. At two weeks post-op I took a walk around my complex and felt a little sore but pretty good, the next morning I woke up spotting. It continued into the next day when I finally called my doctor and was told that I over did it and that I should not be spotting. She said a little walking is good but don't be in a hurry to run a marathon. The moral of the story is "moderation". It took about a week for the spotting to stop. Par for the course for me to have to learn the hard way.
