running

Hello everyone!!!! I had a bladder sling done along with a vag. hysterectomy and an a/p repair 3 months ago. Is it ok to resume running after having had a bladder sling done. I forgot to ask my doctor that question specifically. It told me Icould resume all activities except heavy lifting................thanks

running

I would ask your Dr that. The continuous pounding while running might be a problem. I would let him/her make that decision.
