RECIPE : Picante Chicken

Picante Chicken


4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 jar (16 ounces ) picante sauce
3 TBSP. brown sugar
1 TBSP. Dijon mustard

Place chicken in a shallow baking dish sprayed with "PAM".
In a small bowl, combine the picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard. Pour mixture over chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done.

Serve over rice or noodles, and with your favorite veggie.

This is a "do-over" in my house ----- meaning make it AGAIN.
