Stress Related eating

Does anyone have any ideas or words of wisdom about stress related eating? I have a very stressful job. I know when my stressful times are and tell myself to do something else instead of eat BUT... I have been EATING anything and everything.

I don't eat during periods of stress. I think my worst times are when I'm bored or restless.

Stress can make us do so many things......Eating is a biggie for alot of stressed sisters..........Try to make good choices like fruit.......Fat free sorbet.......Frozen grapes.......carrots.......

pop corn[no salt]........I also love hot tea and it seems to really fill me.............

I really try not to keep things in the house that I will eat and be sorry for ..
