how does one chat??

do i need aim or is there a chat room attached or ????

i would love to be able to chat with you all, but am confused on how to do this.

Yes, in order to chat, you need to have AIM. Here is a link to "Everything You Wanted to Know About Chat....." which should answer your questions and help you join into the Chat room:

it took me a while to figure it out too. one of the links from the page they send you to doesn't work but the other one does. Then the AIM I thought I had done it right and still couldn't chat, but it had put the AIM install on my desktop so I noticed the next time I logged on and as soon as I ran the install Icon on my desk top it worked!!
