post op soft tissue masses

Help! I am 2 1/2 months post hysterectomy with my cervix still in....I started with intense pain about 7 weeks after the surgery...my doctor ordered a contrast cat scan which came back saying there were three soft tissue masses deep in the pelvic area ...anyway...my gyno wants to open me up again and take care of it...I said whoa...wait lets look at this closer...he sent me to a vascular surgeon who said it could be abcesses, hematomas, or a piece of the bowel looped..

I am in limbo with this decision...
anyone been through this?????
