At 10 wks I still have work to empty my bladder.

The flow starts easily enough, but I have to stand up to get the last stream out. Sitting forward, relaxing, sitting leaned back, relaxing, --- doesn't work.

I HAVE to stand up, or it just won't come out. I'm curious when I might be able to sit down and empty my bladder sitting down, with no particular concentrating.

Hi Punkie:

I'm 9 weeks post last Thursday. I have to do what I call the "potty rock." Just like you the stream is fine at first - but that last bit - I need to lean forward and concentrate and then way back and concentrate and FINALLY the job is done. My husband laughed the first time he witnessed that - thank goodness we are keeping our sence of humor. It is on my list of questions to ask at my doc appt on Friday. I am guessing it's because I am still swollen? Lets hope it gets better soon. I am interested in hearing from others sisters too. Let us know how you are doing in that department and I will post after my doc appt and tell you what he says.

Hi Punkie

I had my tah/bso the day after you did and I still have trouble with urinating. I'm back at work and have found that I feel silly when I go into the bathroom and am still peeing after several people have come and gone. I wonder myself it this will ever change. Josie

Me Too!!!!

HI sisters,
I too have problems urinating, and its worse now than it was earlier in my healing. I feel like I have to go constantly, then only a little bit comes out. I'm also achy inside when I go.
So glad to know I'm not alone!!
