Through The Land of Hyster

I was wondering how many of you have ordered "In the House of Hyster" and what you thought about it.

I bought it, and found it very informative and reassuring. It has a silly side, which usually turns me off, but for a subject as serious as surgery it's nice to have a little humor, for relief. I highly recommend it.

Hi, yes buying that book was one of the nicest things I've ever done for myself. I loved it , it was like being with understanding knowledgable friends. I've read it several times now & still enjoy it ( I notice something that I've missed each time).I also got the Hystersister's mug & my DD and I try to beat each other to it everyday - I'll probably get her one for Christmas. s to you.

I bought the book as well. It has alot of information, some of which you would never think to ask about. It is just a help for the fact that you are not alone. Others have the same questions and concerns that you do....even the "dumb" questions that you forget to ask or are too embarassed to. I loved it.

I received my book yesterday and I love it...it is very informative. Great questions that I really had not thought about asking but now will. I found this site last week and ordered the book right away because I know that I have really enjoyed site so I knew I would love the book. Plus when I'm not at work visiting sisters I can read all I want when I want

my dh bought me the whole package as a surprise while i was in the castle, he always makes me wear my crown when he brings my food to me, serves me my coffee in the morning in my mug, i also have on my hyster sister t-shirt. the book is great. i love it all.
