One year anniversary

Hello out there!

I haven't been online for along time almost a year. I actually had to reregister as I had forgotten my password, but not all the wonderful support and answers to questions that at the time I couldn't live without. I just wanted to say that I am do for my one year checkup on October 31st, I had a vaginal hysterectomy leaving both ovaries. I have to say that other than the immediate post op, I have been wonderful. My life has been so much different , I feel happy and healthy and not always worried about pain, periods and moods. I think that it was one of the best decisions that one could make. I do still at times think what it would be like to have babies again, but that soon passes.
I hope everyone else out there is doing great, and for the ladies newly to this club, don't worry the pain the tears, will soon pass, and even the sex isbetter and pain free!

Thank you so much Sister! I'm glad you came back to visit. I am 10 days post op TVH, but I had some serious complications. I am home and trying to be a good I thank you for letting us know that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel. Don't be a stranger!
