wrong date on dr's letter, venting

aaagggghhhhhhhhhhhh.... needed dr's letter for work long before this, now i finally get it in the mail and she's got the wrong dates on it, i can't stand it.... called told them i need a correct one ASAP and need to come by after work and pick it up......

I feel your frustration! Stay on top of this with the doctor's office to make sure you get the corrected letter by the end of the day, per your request.

I returned to work on Monday (Oct. 28) still don't have my release with circumstances outlined as I still have cancer after my hyster. Spoke with DR herself yesterday and TODAY. She transferred me to the lady who would be writing my letter and she said she would have it to me today before she left the office. It's Wednesday, they close at noon. It's 4:30, no letter. I hope you get a quicker response. Good luck for an uneventful surgery!
