path report

i finally got my path report (after 7 weeks) i need someone to translate for me here goes: chronic cervicitis, superfical and deep adenomyosis, paratubal cyst of left tube, hemorrhagic follicle cyst of both ovaries. proliferative endometrium. stroma shows mild decidual changes. can anyone decipher this?

You can find most, of these terms on the link called Trish's Helpful links (etc) It is 2-3 items from the top of the first page of this message board. Just scroll down until you come to it. Maybe you can use a medical dictionary link to find the rest.

I like using www.webmd.com to look up things. It's written in plain language and usually pretty easy to follow. Just type in the term in the search box from the home page.

I can tell that you had adenomyosis, which is the uterine lining growing in to the uterine wall (sometimes referred to as reverse endometriosis) and it sounds like you had endometriosis as well, which is tissue growing outside the uterus, where it's not supposed to be.
