Home from the Castle and feeling fine

I came home from my visit to the castle on Sat. Nov 2nd and still can not beleive how well I feel, I am not experiencing any pain, just discomfort from a catheter that I still have due to a bladder tuck. I was unable to urinate before leaving the Castle. I have an apponitment with my DR tomorrow.
I am told that once my activity level picks up I may experience some pain and bleeding. My Castle stay was not too bad either, my DH stayed with my in my room all night and woke up everytime I squirmed or the nurses came in. My DD's are here with me to help me out, since DD is in school and is unable to miss classes. I am being pampered and loving it. If I knew it would be this easy I would have done it a long time ago.
Thank you for all your support and caring. You ladies are the best

Home from the Castle and feeling fine

Glad to hear that your home and feeling well. Just take it easy. I just past my 3 week post-op mark and felt fine until yesterday. Boy was I in pain yesterday! But I'm feeling better again today. So don't try to do too much at one time. Just go slow, let them pamper you.

Welcome new it's now official!! I am so glad to read that you are doing well. I wish you all the best for an "uneventful" recovery. Continue to follow your doctor's instructions, get plenty of fluids, get plenty of rest, do some short walks.....have I lectured enough?

All my best to you and welcome to the other side of sisterhood!
