15 Weeks Post Op with tummy aches!

I just wanted to aks anyone out there how they are feeling 3 months after their surgery. I have been back to work for 1 month now, byt the time I get to Thursday I am feeling really tired, is this normall??
Also I get a bit of pain in my tummy, it almost feels like I have done a thousand sit ups! When it starts to feel like this I want to stretch fully to try and ease the ache.
Iwould love to get some advise on what I could do to ease this, if anything?
PS I was thinking about takibng Vitamin Pills to give me a boost, but am confused by whats out there, any suggestions

15 Weeks Post Op with tummy aches!

Hi Jan. I had my surgery about a week after you and I do still come home from work tired and tender. I usually lay down for about 20 minutes with the heating pad. I feel better than when I first went back to work, but somehow I thought all this would be gone by now. They say it can take up to 6 months... I guess they were right.

15 Weeks

Hi Katie

Thanks for that. When I get home I shall lay down for a few minutes with my hot water bottle.

I must admit I agree with you that I thought we would be so much better by this point.

At least we are nearly there!

take care
