I wanted to wish all of my fellow 'sisters' a wonderful holiday season and a very happy and healthy New Year!

Its been a trying year for us all...this surgery was a godsend for me. Really helped me to see the light and realize there is life after surgery! I am 4 months post-op and with the exception of a few 'hormonal' problems I feel sooooooooooo much healthier than I have in years. I should have this done years ago when my doc wanted to do it..BUT....

For those of you that are just starting your recovery, listen to your docs and take this time to pamper yourself. Believe me you will feel much better for it faster than you think! Just remember everyone heals at a different pace. Some faster than others. Some slower than others. Listen to what your body is telling you....
