4 week post op check up today

well today i had my 4 week post op check up it was a little tender down yonder during exam but not much.. Dr. said all stiches he can see are healed the others would take more time.s.Gave the ok for light lifting and excercise and sex said to just take it very easy and slow no 5 mile walks .. He showed me the path report I had no fibroids that is what surgery was for fibroids ultrasound showed them well it was adenomyosis interesting I thought..well he gave me another 2 weeks off work I go back the 3rd I did not think I could go back the 20th and sit in a chair all day it gets hard sitting at my home computer and I can get up whenever I want here. oh well I am feeling better every day.. So glad to know it was not all in my mind......thank you all for being there and answering my questions... still trying hard to be a good princess ....

I too will go back to work on the 3rd(if all goes well)I will be at 4 week on Thursday.I dont have my check up until 6 weeks(31st)I feel pretty good.I think I have done some things I probley shouldnt have(not intentionally) just I am very high strung and it kills me to sit completly still.I am trying as you are to be a good princess!!!My DH has been home with me the whole time.He will go back to work next week and he has been the "pillow Police"around here.I am not complaining though.I have had a few crying spells and he just doesnt know what to do.Just a big hug and a back rub and that is good for me.I dont have an answer when he says "whats wrong?"I had a TAH/BSO so there is nothing in there,I was put on the V Dot the 3rd so I hope it will help me (SOON!!!)Well good luck to you and keep on recovering.I will be thinking about you since we are traveling on the same road.
