Best place to apply compounded HRT cream?

I'm almost 3 months post op from a TVH-BSO, and after much pleading, my DR prescribed a compounded transdermal cream for me that contains estriol, estrone, estradiol, mic.progesterone & mic testosterone, 1 ml to be applied twice a day to inner arms or back of hands. I wash my hands so often that I'm afraid I'd be rinsing it off. I would like to know if anyone has suggestions/or comments as to the most effective place to apply the creme? I trust all of you're opinions more than the DR's!

When I first started using the compounded creams I applied to my upper arms but I found my skin to thin and the absorption too rapid in that area. I switched to applying to my inner thighs and that has worked out great for me.

I think you can experiment with different areas, with the only being the breast area. I think you could try your upper arms, thighs, belly and find which area works best for you.
