Estradiol 1 mg pill - patch equivalent = ??

What is the Estradiol patch equivalent for the Estradiol 1 mg pill?

Is there a patch that is equivalent to a Estradiol 1.5 mg pill? What would that dosage be?

Anita the conversions chart I have from my compounding pharmacist shows that 1mg of oral estradiol is equivalant to a 0.05mg patch. 1.5mg of oral is equal to the 0.075mg patch. From the chart I have, it looks like transdermal requires about half as much as the oral. Probably due to the first by pass through the liver. Of course, there are factors that I'm sure play into the dosage comparision like, absorbancy and how well your body metabolizes the oral but I think this is a starting point that the docs and pharmacists use to make the transition over.
