A Prayer for Those Embarrassed to Ask for Prayer

While we should never feel reluctant to ask for prayer, I know it took me a while to ask. I'm sure there are many Hyster Sisters here who are in a spot where they'd like to ask for prayer but for whatever reason are reluctant to post. Let's remember to pray for all our sisters for their needs, even if unexpressed. God can see into everyone's heart and know their needs, but a more formal prayer is good too.

Dear Lord, We all know there are times when we are so sad, so scared, so lost, that we find it hard to ask for prayer for ourselves or even for those close to us. We don't know the words to say or maybe feel embarrassed. We know that You know our needs and our hearts and are with us at all times. We would like to add our prayers for those sisters who aren't quite up to asking for extra prayer for themselves or others. For those, we ask you to bring them what they seek and when they're comfortable, the ability to come to this board so we may help them too and add to their prayers. In your name.

you have really grown Spiritually .That was well put, and a beautiful prayer. I agree , and I do pray for each of you who come here and those who don't post here. I look at prayer as my special intercom to God, and I know first hand the power of prayer. God is defintely the answer.

someone out there who really needs to know that God is
